Damages and issues


Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
If there is an issue with your order, you can contact our Customer Care Team at info@herrs.com or call 800-284-7488 Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We can not guarantee that pretzels will not break during shipping.



PLEASE NOTE: Most of our snack items have a shelf life of at least 4 to 6 weeks so please order your snacks accordingly. If you wish to pre-order your snacks to be delivered at a later date please indicate that in the comment section or call us directly at 1-800-284-7488.


Bags shipped to the Mid to West Coast and high range altitudes may incur popping in transportation. Please order accordingly as we can not guarantee they will not pop.
